One of the most important parts of a Cycle Rickshaw are handelbars! Who can argue without handel bars then you just nowhere special. Notice the double bells. In South Asia it's always SAFTEY FIRST!
Unless you would like to actually move then you need tires and these are also good when you would actually like to go somewhere. 
Of course they need to be colorful. Without color then who would want to ride on it. A really sweet paintjob and you are raking in the fares.
What's a cycle rickshaw without a folding shade that is always closed! Every cycle needs one of these.
